DELTA Technology

DELTA Platform technology allows manual and remote irrigation management of our center pivot systems.It permits remote programming, monitoring and control of the control panel, system diagnostics of the pivot, remote monitoring and control of the associated pump systems, monitoring of soil moisture, weather station information and supply irrigation recommendations to the farmer.

Our pivot is designed for precision and efficiency, ideal for large-scale irrigation. Its flexible knuckle span connection adapts to varying terrains, ensuring uninterrupted water flow. Customizable sprinklers cater to different soil types and crop needs, optimizing water distribution, reducing waste, and boosting yields.

Electric Components

Local Control Panel

The local control panel is designed to operate in outdoor conditions, controlled manually or remotely.

Specifications

  • The panel has touch screen to be manually controlled.
  • The panel can be controlled remotely through various programmable systems (SCADA, GSM or radio)
  • The panel enclosure rate is IP54

Tower Box

The tower box is designed to maintain the integrity of the pivots electrical parts that control the movement of the towers.

Specifications

  • Maintains the pivot’s integration during the rotation.
  • Limits the access of water and dust.

Collector Rings

The collector ring is made of stationary brass rings with contact brushes that rotate around them. This assembly makes it possible to supply continuous power and a signal voltage to the motors and control the center pivot irrigation system.

Electrical Cables

Elsewedy cables are used for electrically controlled

irrigation and sprinkler systems.

They are suitable for direct burial/exposed and are

designed to give outstanding performance at operating

temperatures up to 70°C.

CU/XLPE/PVC cables are used in industry for voltage up

to 0.6/1kV, suitable for outdoor installations.

CU/PVC/PVC cables are used for voltage up to 0.6/1KV.

Drive Train

Tires

The tires are manufactured for irrigation applications with center pivot systems. Specially designed tread patterns which provide excellent traction and outstanding self-cleaning property.

Coupler

The coupler is a shock attenuating drive connection between the center drive gear motor and the final drive gear box. Available in variety of sizes and configurations to meet any center pivot requirement.

Center Drive Motor

 The center drive motor is the newest high performance helical center drive and designed for use on center pivot irrigation systems. The design offers a long lifespan and quieter operation.

Gearbox

The gearbox is customized to give higher performance and longer lifespan. Designed with materials that allow for increased load capacity and the maximizing of the gear life. Variety of models are available to meet each project requirements.

Sprinklers

Senninger

Distribute water in an instantaneous, uniform application pattern over a large area. Their low operating pressures and larger droplet sizes result in very low evaporative loss and greater irrigation efficiency. It provides the most uniform water application ever tested. The combination of a rotating grooved deflector with wobbling action delivers a consistent droplet size over a large area of coverage at low pressure.

Nelson

Nelson Sprinklers produce a wider pattern resulting in a lower application rate, reduced runoff and longer soak time. The Rotator greatly improves uniformity because of the increased overlap from adjacent sprinklers.

Komet

Komet has been producing state-of-the-art sprinkler heads for center pivots and linear irrigation systems since 2006. Regardless of which type of sprinkler you are looking for, Komet’s product catalog covers all major purposes and areas of application.

The current product range spans from high-pressure sprinklers such as the Komet Twin Ultra line (for use in agriculture, sports-turf irrigation and dust control, as well as industrial wastewater and mining applications) all the way to the Komet Precision Twister (also available as a top-of-pipe variant for taller crops), or the highly innovative Komet Precision Wave for end-of-system application.
